We do not do any refunds, or exchanges on original artwork.

If there is a mistake with the post office, and your package is lost, I can work some kind of credit with you, but ultimately once the package is out of my hands, I do not have control over what happens to it.

Shipping will always fall back to the customer, uness otherwise specified. Please note that the federal government has been making changes to the USPS and the costs of shipping have increased. This is something I have not figured out to help my customers, and I am sorry for no solutions at this time.

orders may take up to two weeks to process, due to my variety of health limitations.
